Located in Kitsilano at the intersection of West Broadway and Arbutus Street, this transit-oriented mixed-use development will feature 256 secured pet-friendly rental homes (studio, 1, 2, 3 bedrooms), including below-market units (20% of the residential area).
The project will also include retail spaces on the ground floor, community space for the Ohel Ya’akov Community Kollel, and an integrated public plaza. Developed in partnership by PCI Developments and TransLink, this 31-storey rental tower will be positioned directly across from the future Arbutus Station, which is expected to be operational by 2027. The site is bordered by the Arbutus Greenway, a popular pedestrian and cycling route in Vancouver’s West Side.
Construction is underway and is expected to complete in 2029.
